About Me
I help my clients build better workplaces.
Sometimes that means clarifying ambition through a strategy
the business can buy into, strengthening leadership teams,
or creating greater engagement among staff. I work with people
to shift perspectives, enhance thinking, and build commitment.

After graduating with a Business Science Honours degree from UCT, I began my career in strategic management consulting with Accenture. While I gained valuable business and strategy skills, I saw that too little attention was paid to engaging leaders and staff in the change process. In the moments where clients were included, I experienced the power of participation in strategic thinking and activation. That sparked my move into facilitation and people development.

Over time, I deepened my understanding of individuals and teams, using personality profiles to enhance self-awareness and growth. I continue to work with two frameworks in which I am qualified: Insights Discovery, based on Jungian psychology, and the Enneagram, which explores the motivations driving behaviour. Alongside this, I developed a strong focus on leadership development, helping managers become more effective and engaged leaders. To strengthen my work with individuals, I qualified as a coach with an ICF accredited diploma from the South African College of Applied Psychology. My coaching style is grounded in listening, creating space for exploration, and guiding clients to turn reflection into meaningful action - executing on their plans.

Facilitation has taught me a key lesson: participation matters. People want to be heard and to contribute to decisions that shape their teams and organisations. Additionally, leaders feel increasingly uncertain in a world of rapid change, and often can only plan for an environment they know - the present. To help leaders think more robustly and confidently about the future, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Futures Studies at Stellenbosch Business School. Futures thinking doesn’t aim to predict what’s ahead, but rather to help organisations explore uncertainties, consider scenarios, and make better choices today.

Bringing these skills together, I focus on supporting leaders and teams to shape workplaces that are more strategic, more human, and better prepared for the future.

I live in Cape Town with my wife and our two children and like to spend time outdoors - hiking Table Mountain, surfing, mountain biking or traveling further afield. These moments of adventure and family time are a reminder to maintain balance and positivity for myself as I look to encourage the same in my client's workspaces.
