The Enneagram is a powerful tool for building self and other awareness. Looking 'below the surface' at what motivates our behaviours, understanding our type can be a shortcut to overcoming blindspots and taking more effective actions. It also is a great help in developing leadership skills by learning about how what motivates us impacts in our leadership of others.

It gives great insight into others and empathy for their patterns of behaviour, thus becomes a practical tool for team development and working on a team's effectiveness and culture. 

Great teams don’t happen by accident, they are shaped by intention, conversation, and shared commitment. I work with leadership teams to strengthen how they function together: building trust, improving communication, and sharpening their collective ability to lead. Through thoughtful facilitation and tailored programs, I help teams step back from the day-to-day to reflect on how they’re working, and how they want to work.

My approach is grounded in dialogue and co-creation. I guide teams through the deeper conversations that often go unspoken: how we lead, how we make decisions, how we hold each other accountable, and how we support one another. Along the way, I introduce relevant leadership models, tools, and frameworks that help teams make sense of their dynamics and commit to clear, practical ways of working together more effectively.

Whether you’re a newly formed executive team or a leadership group navigating change, I help create the space to align around purpose, values, and shared leadership. And as part of this journey, I often incorporate the Enneagram; a powerful tool for understanding individual leadership styles, motivations, and interpersonal dynamics. Used skillfully, the Enneagram creates the insight and language needed to foster self-awareness, deepen team connection, and build more effective, empathetic leaders.
